The Center for Proteomics provides the possibility of generating target proteins as an essential component of the monoclonal antibody development process. The standard expression technology is based on E. coli and baculovirus.

Custom hybridoma development

The number of generated hybridoma cell lines per antigen is flexible. Also, we can select the most productive and stable hybridoma cell clones based on the techniques in accordance with the customer needs, or a higher number of mAbs can be tested by the customer before the decision. Hybridoma cell lines adaptation to the serum-free media is also possible.

mAb fragmentation

Papain or pepsin fragmentation of antibodies is available resulting in Fab' or F(ab')2 fragments. Customer gets an expertise regarding the host and the isotype of the chosen IgG as well as the most reliable products of defined quality.
